The Avicenna Journal of Health Sciences (AJHS) is the quarterly publication of Avicenna Medical and Dental College, Lahore, Pakistan. As an open-access, peer-reviewed multidisciplinary health sciences journal, AJHS adheres to international guidelines set by the International Committee of Medical Journals Editor (https://www.icmje.org/). It invites original and innovative research in various fields, including medicine, dentistry, public health, epidemiology, biomedical sciences, nursing and allied health sciences. AJHS offers healthcare professionals a platform to publish their research free of article publication charges (APC). It accepts original articles, review articles, case reports, short communications, meta-analyses, systematic reviews, and letters to the editor, providing a valuable resource for scholarly work in the health sciences.
